Does my child need a phone?
No. The person who finds your child scans the tag with their own phone.
Will I get the alert at night?
Yes. Alerts about a lost or hurt child are urgent: they ring through quiet hours and also send a text message straight away, on the free plan too.
What if the finder can’t reach me?
The page shows the emergency numbers 119 (police) and 1929 (child protection) first, so they can get help even before you reply.
Does the person scanning need an app?
No. Their phone camera opens the tag’s page in the browser. They tap a reason, add a message, voice note or photo if they want, and send it.
How much does it cost?
Your first tag is free for 6 months and you can print it at home. After that, one yearly plan covers as many tags as you like. Durable printed tags can be couriered to you.
Can people spam me through it?
Each tag limits how often it can be alerted, links are removed from messages, and you can block or report any sender with one tap.
