Does it track my pet’s location?
No. It isn’t a GPS tracker. It gives the person who finds your pet a way to reach you.
What if I don’t see the alert straight away?
The finder can keep chatting on the page while they wait. If you haven’t opened the alert, we follow up with a text message on yearly plans or an email on free tags.
I have two dogs and a cat. Do I need three plans?
No. One yearly plan covers as many tags as you like. Name each one so you know which pet was found.
Does the person scanning need an app?
No. Their phone camera opens the tag’s page in the browser. They tap a reason, add a message, voice note or photo if they want, and send it.
How much does it cost?

Can people spam me through it?
Each tag limits how often it can be alerted, links are removed from messages, and you can block or report any sender with one tap.
